PGE Industries Private Limited, established in 1981 as PILOT Gaskets, is a specialised manufacturer of industrial sealing components and expanded graphite products, operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Navi Mumbai.
We are India's only producer of high-purity expanded graphite (carbon content up to 99.85%, nuclear grade) with EU-based technology collaboration — offering sulphur-free, corrosion-resistant graphite foils, sheets, and moulded components as a domestic alternative to foreign sourced Graphite.
Core product lines include PILOSeal Spiral Wound Gaskets, SealPro KammProfile Gaskets, CNAF cut gaskets, graphite moulded rings and pressure seal components, PTFE/PEEK valve internals, and fugitive emission certified gland packings (API 622, API 624, ISO 15848, TA-Luft).
PGE holds DGQA (Naval) registration for defence supply, with completed indigenisation projects at Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, GRSE, HAL, and Western Naval Command. Our Technical Director also serves on the BIS MED 30 Gasket & Packing Committee ensuring high compatibility with Indian and Global technical specifications.
We have an international technology partnership with DONIT Tesnit D.o.o. and Burgmann Packings to support our product range across cryogenic, petrochemical, high-temperature, and clean-room service applications.
We provide sealing design assistance, torque calculation, and R&D support for non-standard applications.
