A Casting manufacturing company with Machining facilities founded in 2006 located in Coimbatore (Unit-1 in Kurumbapalayam and Unit-2 in Onnakarasampalayam (Annur via)). We are a Group of Canalta Controls Limited -CANADA. The Grades we manufacture are Carbon steels, Alloy steels, Stainless steels, Duplex Stainless steels, Nickel base alloys which are applied for the Valves like GATE, GLOBE, CHECK, BALL, CONTROL, PRESSURE SAFETY & FLOW METERS. The Castings sizes are from 1” to 42” & Pressure class 150 to 3500 in fully machined or un-machined (Raw) condition. The Castings are manufactured as per the requirement of customer’s drawings and Patterns are developed by our qualified R & D team. The total tonnage capacity of both units by Month is 260 Tons & by Annual is 3200 Tons. The maximum weight of single castings is 1650 Kgs & 1200 Kgs respectively. Our plant is certified by an accredited body, in accordance with Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015.
