An Electrical Engineer (1982 batch) with 44 years of industrial experience—including leadership roles at **Larsen & Toubro Limited**, **Siemens**, and **Gilbarco Veeder-Root**—Dr. Mehra brings deep expertise across electrical, electronics, embedded systems, mechanical, mechatronics, and hydraulics domains, along with 23 years of engagement in global IP matters.
He actively advises institutes and industries across India and is especially focused on supporting start-ups.
